• To operate the matching platform and surface relevant business opportunities.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.

4. Match Anonymity

Match reports sent to counterparties are anonymous by default. Your business name and identifying details are not shared with a potential partner until both parties mutually agree to proceed. We only share identifying information when you explicitly authorize it.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — Secure cloud database hosting for account and profile data.
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment.
• OpenAI — AI matching and analysis. Business profile data may be processed to generate match scores and recommendations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You have the right to:
